Established in 1872 in Tokyo, Japan, Shiseido began as a Western-style pharmacy, introducing Japan to a fusion of traditional herbal remedies and modern formulas. Over the decades, Shiseido has continued to redefine beauty, leveraging a rich heritage in Japanese culture while embracing global influences.

The package consists of a braille cover, with type/braille on the inside of the lid explaining the product instructions. Four skincare items had a specific shape embossed on their lid so users could follow the pattern of application. Not only does this allow them to follow a specific skin care regimen, but also creates a visual that is easier to follow for those with impairment.
The physical box has a removable lid that is placed under the base of the larger box. The user can then store the box in their drawer for other makeup products. Underneath foam inserts in the box lies a discount code for further Shiesedo products purchases.
